Nightly Gift Certificates

We appreciate all of our players and supporters

To qualify:

  • You must have played at least one (1) game prior to game 5 to be seated at the Certificate Game table(s)

  • You must be a customer.  That means you have to have made purchases throughout the tournament period.  If you don't support the venue, you will NOT qualify for the Gift Certificate game.
    (Drinking one water or soda throughout the night does not make you a customer.)

  • You must play at least three (3) of the first four games

  • There must be at least four (4) qualified players to award GC to non-winning qualifier.  If there are less than four (4) qualified players you must win the game to be awarded the GC.

NO Exceptions.  Any questions, ask before you play.

Nightly gift certificates are redeemable as follows:

  • Gift Certificates have NO CASH VALUE!
    (No change will be returned)

  • Gift Certificates are Non-transferable

  • Are valid only for winner and immediate family or significant other
    (spouse, child, parent, partner, family member)

  • Valid for ten days from date of issue
    (GCs are dated the day after the win after 5 PM)

  • Other rules may apply at certain venues

  • Gratuities are NOT included
    (20% Gratuity will be added to total bill payable in cash. If you do not have the cash to tip your server, your gift certificate will NOT be honored.)

If you do not use the full amount, please don't feel like you have to pad your tab with additional item purchases just to "use it up".

Any abuse of these policies will result in disqualification
from winning future Gift Certificates.

Gift Vouchers

Other Gift Certificates are redeemable as follows:

  • Pleasure Island Enterprises has no control over other Gift Certificates or Gift Cards donated by sponsors of events we host.  We are not responsible for your ability or inability to use or redeem any GC or prize awarded at any of our events.

  • Other Gift Certificates or Gift Cards are donated and redemption is based on the terms and conditions of each GC.

  • Gift Certificates have NO CASH VALUE!

  • When you use any Gift Voucher, Please remember to tip!
